When an order is placed, there is a 48-72 hour (2-3 days) processing window, which does not include shipping. This will depend upon your region and where your package is being delivered.
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Once your order has left our bakery, average shipping times are 2-5 business days.
Please keep in mind that UPS does not deliver to business addresses on Saturday or residences on Sunday.
We ship all of our baked goods via UPS
You will receive a tracking number once the label is created and you can always refer to that for further information. We do not take responsibility for orders that have been marked delivered but may not have been received.

Storage Tips
We recommend eating your treats within the first few days after receiving them. This is because we do not use preservatives in our treats.
If you don't plan to eat your treats within the first week after delivery, you can store them in the refrigerator for several weeks or freezer for up to 6 months. When you are ready to enjoy your treats, just let them thaw for about 30 minutes.
