Thank you so much for your interest in our Oopsy Daisy Sweets products.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL OF OUR BAKED SWEETS ARE BAKED TO ORDER. WE DO NOT HAVE EXTRAS STORED. THIS ENSURES THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE THE FRESHEST, QUALITY SWEETS. 
Orders placed on Monday/Tuesday will receive orders the same week (depending on location) we will ship via UPS or delivery the same week

Below you will find some of our most frequently asked questions and if you don't see an answer to your question, please contact us.

1. Are your sweets 100% vegan / dairy-free / egg-free?

YES!! All of our sweets are 100% vegan and made with the highest of quality ingredients and made to order.

2. Do you offer Gluten-free products?

We are a vegan wholesale bakery and most of our items contain gluten, however, we do offer a select few items that are made gluten-free or are accidentally gluten-free. They are marked on our website and if you don't see them, please contact us.

3. Are your products sugar-free or keto friendly?

No, all of our items include raw organic sugars.

4. What is the shelf-life of your sweets?

Most of our sweets have a shelf-life of 14 days. They are made fresh when ordered and will last the mentioned 14 days if left on a shelf or counter. They will last longer if refrigerated (4-6 weeks). If frozen will last 4-6 months.

5. We have a store and would like to carry your sweets, do you offer wholesale prices?

Yes, we are considered a Wholesale Bakery. In order to obtain our wholesale information we ask that you fill our our Wholesale Signup Form. Once approved you will have access to our wholesale prices.

**All we ask is that you sell our products for the same or close to the same retail price that we offer on our website.**

6. How are your products shipped?

We offer shipping on our site via UPS. 

*If you are local (Tampa Bay) we also offer local delivery for a small fee.

7. Do you do special orders?

Special orders such as cakes or platters or larger orders can be discussed on an individual basis. We ask that you please contact us directly.

8.  We are a Wholesale Account and don't see the wholesale pricing, why?

Please make sure you are logged in with your username and password before starting your order. You will not see the wholesale pricing if you log in afterwards.

9.  When can we expect our orders? 

Oopsy Daisy Sweets is known for fresh baked   sweets and because of that we bake our products as soon as they are ordered. When we receive an order it will take 48-72 hours to process. If your product is being shipped we will package accordingly and ship out as soon as possible.
